PGP-23 l Bridging Module Audit Retroactive Funding

Summary:

This proposal aims to retroactively fund Mimo Labs for the audit of Tunnel, the Parallel Bridging Module, following the successful deployment of it.

Rationale:

A few weeks ago Cooper Labs introduced Tunnel, the Parallel Bridging Module. In agreement with Cooper Labs, we decided to cover the costs of the audit prior to the approval and production deployment of the bridging module. The audit was conducted by Bail Security, for a total cost of $15,000.

Following the successful implementation of the bridging module, we are requesting the DAO to reimburse the costs of the audit for an amount of $15,000.

Note: Mimo Labs does not make any profit from this reimbursement.

Means:

  • Human Resources: Multisigners will need to sign and execute transactions to retroactively fund Mimo Labs.
  • Treasury Resources: $15,000 worth of PAR on Ethereum.

Technical implementation:

  • On Ethereum:
    • The DAO Multisig will transfer $15,000 worth of PAR to 0xA804F6b4b6d0d9644811b45fe7eA389928786430 (Mimo Labs)

Awesome that mimo labs did this . :muscle:.
Is it weird to ask for a receipt? I trust everyone at his blue eyes. But I prefer facts above trust. It is DAO money we are talking about.

Enclosed is the invoice, we have only hidden the addresses for privacy reasons.
